About Me
What you may want to know about me......
First I am a Living Kidney Donor. I donated my kidney September 2019 at the University of Iowa Transplant Center. When I talk about organ donation I want all to know that it is truly from my heart. I am still on this unforgettable journey that began from my decision to donate to becoming a qualified donor and now a Living Donor. I will be sharing my own story very soon so please stay tuned. A piece of my heart will always belong to the Living Donor.

I was raised in a military family "Go Army". I had the privilege of viewing the world with my family. I did not need to go far to see my hero's in action. I simply called them by name. Mom and Dad. Traveling as you grow up is one of the most rewarding and scariest things a child can do. Being the new kid in the middle of a school year. Saying goodbye to friends and the challenge of making new ones in your next unknown space. Learning and living in other countries and being acceptant of the difference and the similarities of others, gave me the balance I have today.

Being educated in Europe and in the US gave me the ability to work outside of school at an early age. Intrigued by European and American History. I have a life long admiration for Antiques, especially Chrystal, Estate Jewelry, Fine Linen, Eggs and Classic Teddy Bears. All things I learned from my mother who taught me through more then her 30 years in the antique business "Your Favorite Things".

I have spent more then 20 years has a healthcare professional and embracing the ability to serve others. My writing however began as early as High School. Editing and creating News Letters and Writing school and Community stories.

As life went on I stepped into the entertainment world. Acting in front and working behind the camera. Working with Script Continuity, Editing and Casting. Directing and Writing my TV Pilot Ageless. Commentating live events and Creating Que Cards. I spent several years writing commercial and marketing copy for radio. (Hear Voice Sample in Voice and Video)Job descriptions and resumes. Scripts for corporate videos and Scouting for CMTC. I am a current Voice Over Artist with more then 15 years of experience.

Let's dig a little deeper....
This site is about celebrating the Living Donor with not just continued praise but with assisting with their health questions, obstacles and education. I want to encourage the Living Donor, Supporting Friends and Family, as well as those who maybe considering Organ Donation as their next step in life. It is about collaboration that equates to awareness that increases our number of Living Donors across the world while supporting those who have donated.
My joy is putting more hope into humanity and continuing my journey to save lives.
